During this meeting, multiple memoranda of cooperation were formalized, signifying a significant step in strengthening partnerships between Libya and Somalia.

The signed memoranda encompass various agreements, including the mutual exemption from entry visas for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports, alongside a political consultation agreement between their respective foreign ministries aimed at enhancing diplomatic coordination. Moreover, an agreement to bolster partnership in urban development and local administration between Tripoli and Mogadishu was also established.

The two leaders consented to establish a joint high-level committee responsible for reviewing prior agreements, discussing Libyan investments in Somalia, and enhancing bilateral economic and developmental initiatives.
