Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy conveyed that the delegation is operating in a “completely constructive manner.” He described the ongoing discussions as pertinent and beneficial for the continuation of negotiations. Leading the Ukrainian delegation, Defence Minister Rustem Umerov emphasized the objective to “bring a just peace closer and to strengthen security,” although Zelenskyy noted that the primary discussions were relatively “technical.”
