Abiodun stated, “It was reported that one Mubarak, who is suspected of insanity and also scavenging around Kwangila, had a fight with a passerby, Shamsu Danshehu, 25 years of the same area. During the fight, the said scavenger stabbed Shamsu on the chest with scissors.”
